This winter at the Lebanon farmers market I was introduced to black dog bees and maple trees, and I started buying their maple syrup and their honey. I discovered that their honey was by far the best honey that I have had in a very long time probably ever! And their maple syrup has just an incredible maple flavor! Now I bake with maple syrup, I use it in my coffee, and obviously on pancakes and waffles and the more I use it the more I realize that this maple syrup really has an exceptional flavor and I can’t imagine using a different maple syrup because this is really so good! So I’m hooked! Their honey for my tea, and for my recipes recipes that need honey and their maple syrup for other things and I’m all set one stop shopping!! and to round it out, now I can get mushrooms, which I love and are delicious! It really doesn’t get much better, they just need to figure out how to make chocolate! Thank you to black dog bees and maple trees!
